Scholarship recipients need to submit a disbursement request each year to receive of their awarded funds.

- Required information needed prior: your student ID, institutional information, and proof of enrollment (additional information in the attached document).
- Upload your unofficial transcript or upcoming course schedule (showing your pursuit of a design-build career) as a PDF or PNG through the disbursement request form.

ACE SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP TERMS
TERMS OF SCHOLARSHIPAwarded recipients will be required to sign and complete the “Terms of Scholarship” agreeing to the following terms:
- I understand that it is my responsibility to annually submit a disbursement form (available online) completed by both me and the college, apprenticeship or training program and a copy of my transcript or other proof of enrollment in order to receive each disbursement.
- I understand one-fourth of my total scholarship will be paid once per year while I am in school or training over installments as long as I comply with all other terms. If a different disbursement schedule is needed, I will communicate with ACE staff.
- I understand that I must apply for the first disbursement of my scholarship within two years of graduating high school or the scholarship will be forfeited.
- I understand that I must use the full amount of the scholarship within seven years of graduating from high school, or the remaining funds will be forfeited.
- I understand that once the first installment of the scholarship is disbursed, I must apply for the remaining funds within the next five years or the remaining funds will be forfeited.
- I must be in good academic standing in order to receive disbursements.
- I understand disbursements are available to me if I am enrolled in or studying an eligible field covered by this scholarship, which includes: architecture, construction, construction-related engineering, and directly related disciplines approved on a case-to-case basis by the ACE Mentor Program of Oregon. If I change my major and do not pursue a field covered by this scholarship, I will forfeit my scholarship.
- I understand changing schools will not affect my scholarship if I comply with all other terms.
- I understand that I must attend a Scholarship Disbursement Workshop or meet with ACE staff to review the disbursement process and to learn the scholarship award amount.
- I understand that I am required to register as an ACE Alumni through the ACE Database and for the Transformative Partners Program (TPP).
