ACE Oregon is expanding with a Vancouver team for the 2025-26 Program year! A team of students and mentors will collaborate on a project alongside the Portland Program, gaining hands-on experience while developing professional skills such as teamwork and communication. Students will have the opportunity to visit professional workplaces, practice networking, and explore a variety of career paths within the industry. During the final presentation, students will "pitch" their projects to an audience of supporters and community member.
ACE is open to high school juniors and seniors. Sophomores are accepted if there is space in the program. Participating students must have at least a 2.0 grade point average or teacher/counselor recommendation, have successfully completed 2 years of high school level math, have a good school attendance record and be drug/alcohol free.
MENTOR registration is now open until December 1st, 2025. Student applications accepted until January 16th, 2026.
ACE Vancouver will meet between the months of February to May on Tuesdays from 4:30 - 6:30 pm at LSW Architects.

MENTOR APPLICATION
Volunteer mentors must complete the two-part registration process by December 1, 2025 to participate:
Part 1 (Vancouver): Complete and submit the local Vancouver application.
Part 2 (National): Complete the national online registration on the ACE National Database. This part includes mandatory training and a background check.
IMPORTANT: While completing the the National Database registration, make sure to select Vancouver as your sub region in the application!
