2020-21 Program Year. All ACE meetings will be held virtually this fall and into the 2021 program year as needed, in alignment with current public health guidelines for limiting coronavirus transmission. Our goal is to preserve a quality career-mentor experience for students, while protecting the health of all students, volunteers and the community. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The ACE Mentor Program is a national non-profit organization. ACE’s Oregon branch was founded in 2006 by local Portland architecture, construction, and engineering professionals. In our first year, 28 mentor volunteers served a small group of 27 students from 6 high schools. Since then, Oregon's ACE program has experienced remarkable growth and served over 1,000 students from more than 40 high schools. ACE Oregon has also awarded more than $700,000 dollars in scholarships to students who are entering ACE-related careers.
