The ACE Mentor Program of Oregon is a free after-school program that runs from January to May. 12 Portland Teams will meet weekly during one of these times:
Teams 1-6: Tuesdays 4:30-6:30 pm
Teams 7-12: Thursdays 4:30-6:30 pm
Participants of the program are encouraged to subscribe to the Google Calendar by clicking the plus button below.

November 4, 2026: Registration deadline for students and mentors. Mid to Late November:Student application notification -ACE Staff contacts all students on the status of their application. December 1:Student participation confirmation - Accepted student confirm their participation in the program.
Student Orientations
Tuesday Students: December 15, 2026; 4:30 pm Thursday Students: December 17, 2026; 4:30 pm
Accepted ACE students will participate in virtual Student Orientations to prepare for the program. Orientation information will be shared with confirmed students. Students only need to attend one session and are allowed to join either orientation.
Mentor Orientations
Tuesday Mentor Orientation: December 1; 4:30-6:30 pm; Location TBD Thursday Mentor Orientation: December 2; 4:30-6:30 pm; Location TBD
(Also referred to as Session 0) Mentors will review training content, project goals, and meet with their teams. Mentors should attend the mentor orientation corresponding with their team assignment.

Witness the creativity and innovation of the next generation of architects, engineers, and construction professionals. This in-person event is a great opportunity to support and encourage these bright young minds as they present their hard work and dedication.
