If you are an architecture, construction, or engineering professional and interested in working with high school students to introduce them to the industry's wide range of career opportunities, join us! ACE is a great way to support students, strengthen your networks, and build our future workforce.
Our program is from January - May of every year. Students and mentors will be assigned to either a Tuesday or Thursday team based on their availability. Locations vary depending on team. Most sessions are held in person at downtown locations, such as employer firms. For additional information on team meetings and sessions, please view the Program Calendar.
Registration for the 2025-26 program is now closed. Complete the interest form below to be notified once registration for the 2026-27 program opens!
*A background check through the database is required to participate in the program. ACE Staff will follow up with registered volunteers on their background check status.
Mentor Mixers 2026-27
Every Fall, the Program Committee hosts two different Mentor Mixers for new volunteers to meet current mentors and learn more about the program. Mixers are open to professionals in the design-build industry. Click below to register:
